Tammi Yee is the Head of People Operations at Artera.ai, where she works closely with employees to align people strategy with organizational goals, strengthen culture, and support a fully remote, multidisciplinary team in the AI-enabled healthcare space. She brings deep experience in scaling teams and building people programs for high-growth startups and mission-driven companies. Tammi has led the people/HR function at top-tier companies in the tech and healthcare space, such as QuickMD, a national telehealth company providing medication-assisted treatment, and Navan (formerly TripActions) where she was the first VP of Talent and HR. At Navan, she led the company from its early stages through multiple funding rounds, supporting rapid global expansion. She has also worked at Stripe, WeWork, and Ripple.
