Amanda Lowe, a recognized leader in digital pathology and artificial intelligence, serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Artera. In this role, she drives the company’s commercial success by overseeing sales, marketing, reimbursement, and market access. Amanda works closely with the executive team to craft and implement initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure the successful commercialization of Artera’s groundbreaking medical AI tests.
Before joining Artera, Amanda spent 12 years at Visiopharm, where she held various commercial leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Americas. During her tenure, she managed operations across the region, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer success.
Amanda holds a BA from Michigan State University and the Eli Broad College of Business. Her career in digital pathology began as National Sales Manager at Bacus Laboratories, one of the first companies in the field, which was later acquired by Olympus. In 2009, she founded Digital Pathology Consultants, a consultancy firm providing strategic guidance to commercial digital pathology companies and healthcare, research, and biopharmaceutical organizations. The firm was acquired by Visiopharm in 2012.
